The Backslide Jig is an asymmetrical, rearweighted metal jig engineered for deepwater and offshore predators. Featuring a flatface on one side and a recessed profile on the other, combined with a 3/4 rear-shifted weight distribution, Backslide delivers a wide sliding kick on the lift and an extended, unpredictable fall.
Instead of dropping straight down, Backside tracks sideways through the water column, imitating a wounded baitfish drifting helplessly-a movement that consistently triggers reaction strikes from aggressive predators.
